Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three months of experience supporting individuals with learning or behavioral disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of behavior management and classroom support strategies required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills essential.
• Ability to stay calm and consistent in challenging situations.
