Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have instruction/paraprofessional experience in special and general education.
• Experience supporting students with IEP goals and monitoring progress.
• Ability to assist in implementing behavior plans and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to evaluate progress and implement IEP benchmarks.
• Lead small/whole group activities for students.
• Observe, record, and chart behavior per Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Prepare classroom materials aligned to IEP goals.
• Adapt activities to support classroom objectives.
• Administer tests and assignments to students on caseload.
• Attend meetings and trainings for job functions.
• Monitor students to provide a safe, positive learning environment.
