Responsibilities

• Hold high expectations for each student.
• Develop, monitor, and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students on caseload.
• Plan and lead lessons for students in individual and small-group sessions.
• Observe, record, and chart behavior per Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Establish and maintain strong communication with parents.
• Adhere to federal and state regulations and timelines.
