Job summary

We seek a leader who can guide complex projects from concept through launch, communicate effectively with clients, and drive governance and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/CE/EE or MIS.
• At least 4 years of software development experience.
• At least 4 years leading agile teams and delivering projects.
• Ability to drive complex concepts from idea to launch.
• Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of business operations and relevant terminology.

Responsibilities

• Design and delivery of large product/solution engagements while balancing priorities.
• Gather and analyze data to develop architectural requirements at project level.
• Participate in domain discussions regarding future architecture direction.
• Lead roadmap and implementation plans based on current vs. future state.
• Participate in architecture governance models.
• Support deployment of solutions with standardization, security, and regulatory considerations.
• Research emerging tech and market trends to aid project development.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to communicate roadmaps and plans.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and guidance to teams.
• On-call availability outside standard hours as part of rotation.
