Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field, or 4+ years in social services with supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating program operations.
• Spanish language skills are strongly desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day operations of assigned social services programs.
• Oversee staff providing direct client services; conduct training, performance evaluations, and personnel recommendations.
• Maintain awareness of health, safety, and licensing regulations; ensure compliance.
• Review client case files for quality assurance and compliance standards.
• Coordinate community resources and partnerships to provide holistic client assistance.
• Prepare and maintain reports, budgets, and statistical records for all activities.
