Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC seeks an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist for a full‑time position in Springfield, OH. You will help patients improve communication and swallowing, collaborating with care teams across SNF and outpatient services.

Qualifications include an SLP Master’s degree, CFY with CCC-SLP or state licensure, Ohio license (or eligibility), and BLS. Relocation support may be available; Net Health/PCC EMR experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• CFY with CCC-SLP or state licensure
• Active Ohio licensure or eligibility
• BLS certification
• Experience or willingness to work in a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) setting
• Familiarity with Net Health and PCC EMR systems
• Open to new graduates
• Willingness to relocate (relocation bonus may be offered)
