Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and address students' communication needs within educational settings. You will collaborate with ARD to design evidence-based interventions and deliver therapy or supervise assistants to implement IEP goals.

Role requires a Texas SLP license, CCC-SLP, and a Master's degree. Competitive hourly pay and flexible schedules offered to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active license to practice as an SLP in Texas.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate comprehensive speech-language needs through evaluations.
• Communicate findings clearly to parents and district personnel.
• Develop targeted, evidence-based therapeutic interventions with ARD committee collaboration.
• Provide therapy directly or supervise SLPAs in implementing IEP goals.
• Monitor progress with accurate records and adjust interventions as needed.
• Support ARD meetings, parent conferences, and related discussions to advocate for students.

Education

Master's degree or higher from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program

Active license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
