Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to empower students in Texas schools. You’ll evaluate, diagnose, and implement evidence-based therapies, collaborating with ARD teams to support IEP goals and student access to education.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in SLP, an active Texas license, and CCC-SLP. Flexible schedules adapt to full-time, part-time, or as-needed roles with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations to identify students’ needs for specialized therapy services.
• Share evaluation results with parents and district personnel with clear communication.
• Collaborate with the ARD committee to create targeted, evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Deliver therapy services or supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants in implementing IEP goals.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of student progress and use data to adjust interventions.
• Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and other discussions to support students’ programs.
