Job summary

The YMCA of Metropolitan Washington seeks a Site Manager to provide leadership and oversight of school-based services within Montgomery County Public Schools. You will manage a diverse team including Family Case Managers and Youth Development Specialists, ensuring program quality and adherence to contracts.

You will guide staff development, coordinate with school partners, and maintain compliance across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Documented supervisory experience (1–3 years) required.
• Experience collaborating with schools and community organizations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site school-based service delivery with direct service staff.
• Represent the program at MCPS and YMCA meetings.
• Monitor contract compliance via documentation and systems (eICM, EMR).
• Identify staff training needs and implement development plans.
• Foster a positive, goal-oriented team culture.
• Coordinate with school partners to facilitate referrals and orient families.
