The YMCA Of Central Maryland, Inc. is seeking a BASE Site Manager to lead the on-site operations of a center serving 30+ participants. You will ensure engaging, safe activities, implement the monthly curriculum, and supervise site staff including aides, teachers and volunteers.

You will drive enrollment, coordinate with schools and parents, participate in town hall events, and lead staff training while maintaining regulatory compliance and program quality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supervising a school age program is required.
• Hours of specific trainings per OCC and related agencies are required.
• Compliance with OCC regulations and Y policies is mandatory.
• Ability to train and coach site associates and lead staff meetings.
• Strong communication with parents, schools and staff, and risk management.
