JFM is seeking a Shared Living Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the shared living program in Lewiston, ME. You will work with the Shared Living Director to develop BMPs and recruit Home Providers, ensuring a safe, healthy environment for people served.

This full-time, on-site role emphasizes communication, documentation, safety, and regulatory compliance, with travel as needed. The role offers structured training and an opportunity to contribute to program growth.

Formación

• 21+ years old with High School Diploma or GED.
• CDS, first aid/CPR and PDT certifications.
• 0-5 years experience in human services.
• Ability to use computer software.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with bi-monthly home visits and annual BMP reviews per regulations.
• Maintain regular communication with SL providers and people supported.
• Document BMP training and ensure compliance with DHHS/OADS and JFM standards.
• Enter information into EIS and manage event reports within 30 days.
• Support growth of SL homes by handling vendor calls and follow-ups.
