Waypoint Maine, Inc. is seeking a Shared Living Provider to host an adult with a developmental disability in your home on a contracted, year-round basis. The role focuses on education, employment, recreation, family inclusion, health/mental health, and independent living skills as part of the person’s support team.

The position offers a generous daily stipend and access to training opportunities, with IT support and electronic documentation provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and pass background check(s).
• Background check(s) and qualifications not transferable.

Responsibilities

• Share your home to support an adult with a developmental disability in a family setting.
• Support education, employment, recreation, family inclusion, health/mental health, and independent living skills.
• Work as a team member to identify and achieve the person’s personal life goals.
