Danberry at Inverness, a senior living community in Hoover, AL, seeks a hospitality-focused Marketing & Sales Coordinator for full-time work Monday–Friday and every 3rd Saturday. You will support sales and marketing with lead management, tours, and events to boost occupancy.

Responsibilities include managing Salesforce, preparing materials, coordinating move-ins, and assisting with marketing campaigns. A high school diploma and 2+ years in relevant roles are required; proficiency in Microsoft

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn Salesforce software.

Responsabilidades

• Track and maintain Salesforce leads; ensure timely follow-up.
• Assist Director, Marketing and Sales with tours, materials, reports, and event logistics.
• Respond to inquiries and schedule tours for prospective residents and families.
