Job summary

Danberry at Inverness is seeking a hospitality-focused Receptionist for a part-time schedule in Hoover, AL. The role greets residents, guests, vendors, and others warmly, answering phones and supporting daily operations.

Hours Wed and Thu 4pm-8pm and other weekdays as needed, with weekend shifts 8am-4pm. The position pays $14.50 per hour plus a $500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.

This is a PART TIME position. You must be able to work during the week on Wednesday and Thursday from 4pm-8pm and other weekdays as needed. Weekend shifts as needed are from 8am-4pm. The hourly rate is $14.50 + $500 sign on bonus.

This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
