Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor for Retail Unarmed operations. The role involves supervising a security team on a designated shift, coordinating with account management, and ensuring high-quality service delivery at the client site.

The position requires strong communication, exemplary customer service, and the ability to handle crises calmly. A valid driver’s license and background check are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; professional demeanor with the public.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs neatly.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Handle both routine and crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communication at the client site.
