Qualifications

• Must have valid Michigan School Social Worker certification.
• Active Michigan LMSW/LLMSW/LCSW license.
• Experience with middle school students preferred.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group counseling to students.
• Assess student needs and develop targeted intervention plans.
• Work with teachers, administrators, and staff to address social and behavioral challenges.
• Support crisis intervention and prevention efforts within the school.
• Assist with development and implementation of individualized education or behavioral plans.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and required documentation.
• Engage families and community resources to provide comprehensive student support.
