ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support preschool through 8th grade in Arizona on a contract basis. You will evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans while delivering direct therapy both one-on-one and in small groups.

The role involves participation in IEP meetings, collaboration with teachers and staff, and maintaining thorough documentation to ensure progress and compliance. A supportive, team-oriented school environment awaits.

Formación

• Valid SLP licensure in Arizona.
• CCC-SLP or CFY candidates welcome.
• Recent experience working within school environments highly valued.
• Familiarity with assessment, intervention, and documentation practices for school-age children.
• Strong communication skills and an enthusiasm for interdisciplinary teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of approximately 50-60 students across preschool through 8th grade
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Deliver direct therapy services individually and in small groups
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and clear progress reports to families and staff
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into the classroom
• Maintain thorough records and stay current with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
