Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract opportunity serving preschool and elementary students in Colorado, with a 37.5-hour week and typical hours 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., depending on campus.

You’ll assess, diagnose, and treat, collaborate with teachers and families to implement IEPs, maintain documentation, and use evidence-based techniques across speech, language, articulation, and social communication.

Qualifications

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist certification and valid license.
• Experience with early childhood and elementary populations.
• Familiarity with IEP procedures, progress monitoring, and AAC when appropriate.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Adaptability to work in various school settings and classrooms.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct assessment, diagnosis, and intervention services to preschool and elementary school students
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and families, to develop and implement IEPs
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service notes
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques focused on speech, language, articulation, and social communication
• Participate in staffings, parent meetings, and school-based activities as requested
