Job summary

Soliant is seeking a school-based Occupational Therapist to support students across four buildings near Plainfield, IL. This contract role offers a stable schedule and the chance to impact learning for ages K–12 in a supportive district.

You’ll deliver OT services aligned with IEPs, adapt therapies for diverse ages, and collaborate with teachers and staff across buildings. In-person work is required. Typical week is 35 hours with a 30-minute lunch.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois OT license (include license number)
• Experience in K-12 school settings
• Caseload managed by minutes (8,000–9,000 per quarter)
• Strong communication, organization and collaboration in multiple schools
• In-person work only; remote candidates will not be considered

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services aligned with IEP goals and district policies
• Adapt therapy approaches for varying ages and development levels
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and administrators across buildings
• Maintain timely documentation and progress reports
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and team decisions
