Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking occupational therapists to provide school-based services in Illinois for the 2026/2027 school year. This contract role offers a flexible, part-time schedule (~15 hours/week) with potential travel between nearby sites to support students' IEP goals.

You will deliver direct and consultative OT services, evaluate students, develop tailored plans with teachers and families, and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Active OT or COTA license in Illinois.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services in accordance with IEP goals.
• Evaluate students to identify needs impacting participation and performance in the school setting.
• Develop tailored intervention plans and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of interventions, progress, and communications.
• Contribute to IEP meetings and assist in meetings to recommend equipment, adaptations, or strategies to empower student success.
• Travel between nearby sites may be required for some assignments.
