Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based role in Central Falls, RI for the 2026-2027 school year. The position is on-site with guaranteed hours and a focus on student-centered speech and language services.

You will assess and treat students, develop IEP goals, collaborate with educators and families, and participate in team meetings. Compensation ranges from $60 to $75 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Rhode Island SLP licensure or eligibility.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CF-SLP candidates may be considered with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students individually and in small groups.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and monitor individualized IEP goals.
• Evaluate progress and adjust intervention strategies based on data.
• Provide consultation to teachers, staff, and families.
• Support articulation, phonology, receptive and expressive language, fluency, and AAC as needed.
• Document progress and complete reports in a timely manner.
• Attend IEP, eligibility, reevaluation, and team meetings.
• Manage caseloads and collaborate with school professionals.
