Job summary

ProCare Therapy in Providence, RI is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support students with developmental and intellectual disabilities in an in-person school setting. You will manage a caseload of 18–22 students aged 5 to 22, with a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:30 AM–3:00 PM, totaling 37.5 hours per week.

Requirements: RI SLP license required; ASHA CCC or CFY eligible; experience in schools and with neurodiverse populations is valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language therapy services on-site to students with diverse needs.

• Provide guidance on augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) as appropriate.

This position begins as soon as possible, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, totaling 37.5 hours each week.

Skills and Qualifications:

• RI Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligible
• Experience working in schools and with neurodiverse populations is highly valued
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to implement effective behavior intervention strategies

What You'll Be Doing:
