Job summary

Thrive Therapies seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver evidence-based services to K–12 students. You will collaborate with school teams, families, and related services to plan and monitor language interventions.

Responsibilities include evaluations, IEP/504 development, and ongoing progress documentation while adhering to IDEA, 504, and state standards. A dynamic, team‑based environment awaits dedicated professionals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA.
• Valid state licensure as SLP.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations using standardized and dynamic tools to determine eligibility.
• Develop and implement IEPs and 504 plans with measurable goals.
• Deliver SLP services across language, articulation, fluency, voice, and social communication.
• Maintain accurate progress and session data documentation.
• Collaborate with education and admin staff to embed language-learning strategies.
