Thrive Therapies in Memphis, TN is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver evidence-based services to K‑12 students with language disorders, articulation delays, and complex communication needs. You will collaborate with special education teams, parents, and related services to craft inclusive, data-driven intervention plans.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from a CAPCSD-accredited program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) from ASHA.
• Valid, unrestricted state licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.
• Proof of immunization status and background check clearance per school district requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations using standardized and dynamic assessment tools to determine eligibility for services under IDEA, Section 504, and state standards.
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and 504 plans with measurable, functional, and academically relevant goals.
• Deliver direct and consultative speech‑language services across language, articulation, fluency, voice, and social communication domains.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of student progress, treatment effectiveness, and session data.
• Collaborate with special education, general education, and administrative staff to embed language-learning strategies across the school day.
• Participate actively in IEP/ARD meetings and contribute clinical expertise to placement, progress monitoring, and eligibility decisions.
• Maintain ASHA‑compliant caseloads and ensure adherence to state and federal special education regulations.
