Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Maple Grove, MN area. The role is in-person, full-time with a 1.0 FTE middle school caseload. We offer competitive pay of $55-65/hour, W-2 employment with liability insurance, healthcare benefits and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Active Minnesota PELSB SLP License.
• CCC certification is required.
• Three references/letters of recommendation required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Education

Minnesota PELSB SLP License

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
