Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Shoreview, MN area. This in-person role serves 7-12 grade caseload at a charter school and is a full-time position.

You will develop and implement IEP goals, collaborate with teachers and families, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain documentation while receiving mentorship and benefits including healthcare, a 401(k), and licensure support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Minnesota PELSB SLP license active required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
