Job summary

Ampersand Therapy in Minnesota is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist Substitute for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time role covers maternity leaves and absences in the Greater North Saint Paul area, with caseloads ranging from early childhood to transition.

You will develop and implement IEP goals, provide school-based speech therapy services, participate in IEP meetings, and collaborate with teachers and families to ensure carryover of skills.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Active Minnesota PELSB SLP License required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
