Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Shoreview, MN area. This in-person, full-time position serves students in grades 7-12 at a charter school setting for students with ASD.

You will provide speech therapy services, develop and implement IEP goals, participate in IEP meetings, and collaborate with teachers and families to carryover skills. Applicants should have a Master’s in SLP and Minnesota PELSB licensure.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
