Ampersand Therapy in Maple Grove, MN is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This in-person, 1.0 FTE role serves a middle school caseload with a strong focus on collaboration with teachers and families to support communication goals.

We seek passionate, team-oriented clinicians with CCCs, a Minnesota PELSB SLP license, and a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology. Competitive pay and benefits are offered, with mentorship and ongoing support.

• Active Minnesota PELSB SLP License is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
