Job summary

Eleutheria is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide school-based therapy in a Columbus, Indiana, K-12 setting. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct services aligned with IEP goals, collaborating with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Indiana SLP License and IN DOE Educators' License.
• Clearances: DOJ/FBI Livescan background check; eligible to work in the US.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities; knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable).
