Job summary

Eleutheria in Danville, IN is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide school-based therapy in K-12 settings. This part-time, on-site role covers 2–3 days per week with a caseload of about 60 students. Indiana SLP license and DOJ background check are required to work in a non-public school setting.

You will assess, plan, and deliver targeted therapy aligned with IEP goals, document progress, and collaborate with teachers and families to support student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana SLP license or eligibility to obtain
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Assess students using formal and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and functioning level
• Develop and coordinate individualized treatment plans with the interdisciplinary team
• Provide direct speech therapy aligned with IEP goals
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation
• Supervise and support SLPAs and monitor supervision hours if applicable
