Point Quest, Inc. is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide services in a K-12 school setting in Columbus, IN. The role focuses on assessments, treatment planning, and direct therapy aligned with IEP goals.

Requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, Indiana SLP license, and DOE Educator’s license. Eligible to work in the US, with benefits and paid leave. CFs encouraged to apply and mentorship available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Indiana SLP License and IN DOE Educators' License
• Clearances: DOJ/FBI Livescan background check. Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities; knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable)
