Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a Basehor, Kansas school district for the 2026-2027 year. The role is onsite and involves collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication needs.

Responsibilities include evaluations, direct therapy, IEP development, and progress monitoring. A Master's in Speech-Language Pathology and KS license/eligibility are required, with CFY/ASHA options acceptable.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Kansas SLP license or eligibility.
• ASHA certification or CFY eligibility.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations and direct therapy services to students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring.
