Job summary

Soliant is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to support K–12 students in Kansas City, Kansas. New grads are welcome and will join a collaborative team focused on student communication goals, IEPs, and practical therapy plans.

You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders, develop individualized therapy plans, and collaborate with teachers and families. This role offers a supportive environment, competitive hourly pay, and school-year breaks.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current Kansas SLP licensure or eligibility.
• ASHA CCCs or CFY accepted.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of IEP processes and special education regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and assist with goal development.
• Document progress and maintain accurate student records.
• Provide guidance and resources to parents and caregivers.
