ProCare Therapy in San Jose, CA is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a part-time, school-based contract. You will support students across multiple sites with IEP-guided therapy, collaborating with teachers and families to promote progress.

Qualifications

• Current COTA certification required.
• Experience in school settings preferred.
• Ability to travel between multiple school locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct direct therapy sessions with students based on IEPs.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to implement treatment plans.
• Document progress and daily session notes accurately.
• Create engaging activities to promote participation and skill development.
• Communicate with education teams and families on student progress.
• Assist with adaptive equipment and classroom environmental modifications.
• Manage a consistent caseload across multiple sites.
