Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Provide consistent monitoring and support throughout the school site.
• Support the creation and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Record, track, and provide documentation of behavioral incidents and progress toward goals.
• Utilize positive behavioral intervention and support strategies and incentive programs.
• Implement de-escalation techniques, crisis management, and physical intervention if necessary.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for social/behavioral skills.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to differentiate support.
• Participate in debriefing with staff after challenging situations.
• Facilitate communication with parents.
