Qualifications

• Minimum 3.0 EIPA score or higher
• Experience in educational settings preferred
• Current fingerprinting in AHCA Clearinghouse or willing to complete
• On-site duties only; virtual interpreting not available
• Strong command of ASL and comfort with various age groups

Responsibilities

• Provide sign language interpretation for DHH students throughout the school day
• Facilitate clear communication between students, educators, and peers
• Adapt interpreting approaches for one-on-one and group settings across grade levels
