Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health’s Exeter Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med Surg 4N unit. This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires and a comprehensive nursing care focus on patient outcomes within the unit.

Reporting to the Nurse Manager/Director, you will coordinate care, educate patients and families, and mentor junior staff while adhering to ANA standards and hospital policies. RN license in NH or a compact state is required; BSN is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in NH or a compact state.
• BCLS certification or within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification or within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care within the assigned Med Surg unit.
• Coordinate care planning with other disciplines and departments.
• Mentor and precept new employees and support ongoing education.
