Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our unit in Exeter, NH. The role involves professional nursing care, coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring adherence to policies and evidence-based practice.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires. A valid NH or compact-state RN license is required, with BCLS and CPAN/CAPA certifications preferred. BSN preferred, with opportunities for professional development and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• RN license required in NH or a compact state.
• Minimum 1 year PACU or critical care experience preferred.
• BCLS certification required or within 30 days of hire.
• CPAN or CAPA certification preferred.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to hospital policies, ANA standards of practice, and nursing code of ethics.
• Ensures safe, timely and accurate medication and IV administration and transcription.
• Documentation is accurate, timely, concise, and legible and adheres to departmental policy.
• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and EHR documentation.
• Modifies plans and prioritizes care based on patient needs and outcomes.
• Precepts new employees and supports ongoing professional development.
