MEDEX STAFFING NETWORK LLC in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a 12‑week LTAC contract. You will provide comprehensive nursing care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support patient outcomes in a dynamic healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate holds an active California RN license with at least 1 year of experience, BLS/CPR certification, and proficiency with EHR systems. ACLS is preferred depending on specialty, and flexibility for shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California (or compact)
• 1 year of RN experience
• Current BLS/CPR; ACLS preferred depending on specialty
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans per clinical guidelines
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures while monitoring responses
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams for optimal outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and progress in EHR
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, plans, and post-care
• Monitor changes in condition and escalate care as needed
• Maintain HIPAA, infection control, and facility policies
