MEDEX STAFFING NETWORK LLC in Santa Ana, CA seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for a PER DIEM LTAC position. You will deliver high-quality clinical care and collaborate with a supportive healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.

The role requires CA RN licensure, at least 1 year of nursing experience, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. BLS/CPR is required; ACLS is preferred, with a focus on assessment and care planning.

Competenze

• Active RN license in California.

• ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in accordance with clinical standards.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions.

• Previous clinical nursing experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and care teams
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
