MEDEX STAFFING NETWORK LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our LTAC team in Ontario, CA. You will provide specialized care to complex patients, manage ventilator and wound care, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.

The role requires an active California RN license, 1–2 years LTAC/ICU/acute care experience, and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Competenze

Active and unrestricted RN license in California.
1–2 years RN experience in LTAC/ICU/Med-Surg/acute care.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Experience with ventilator management and wound care preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork in fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to LTAC patients with complex medical needs.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in LTAC.
Monitor and manage patients on ventilators, IV therapy, wound care, and other advanced interventions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams including physicians, therapists, and case managers.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
Document patient progress accurately in EHR.
Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and disease management.
