Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with people with developmental disabilities or brain injury is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid US driver’s license.
• CPR, First Aid, MAP certifications required within designated timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group support to residents in a group home or living arrangement.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and community integration.
• Administer medications per MAP and document progress as required.
• Plan recreational and social activities to promote inclusion and well‑being.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and ongoing engagement with staff and families.
