Job summary

Vinfen is seeking a Residential Counselor to provide direct support in small group homes or individual living arrangements. You will help build independence, implement treatment plans, and assist with daily living activities while coordinating transportation and community integration.

The role requires a year of related experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. CPR/First Aid are part of the required certifications, with a focus on safety and legal compliance.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience and/or training in a related function is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in developing, implementing, and documenting treatment, including ISP/IPs and clinical programs.
• Provides training and support to persons served, including ADLs and community activities.
• Helps residents integrate into communities and coordinate transportation for outings.
• Maintains records, collects data, and inputs information into electronic health records.
• Ensures safety, compliance with MAC, reporting of incidents, and coordination with care teams.
