Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Renewable Energy Project Development and Finance Associate for its Washington, DC office. The role involves working on wind, solar and battery storage projects across the United States, focusing on development, financing and related commercial contracts.

The ideal candidate has three+ years of law firm experience in project development and finance, a JD from an accredited school, and bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex agreements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients on renewable energy project development and finance.
• Draft and negotiate power purchase agreements and other related contracts.
• Provide legal advice on mergers, acquisitions, and commercial contracts.
• Engage in hands-on client interactions and project management.
