BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Renewable Energy Project Development & Finance Associate for our Reno, Nevada office. The role focuses on developing and financing wind, solar, geothermal, hydrogen, and battery storage projects across the United States, requiring collaboration with clients to drive complex agreements.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of law firm experience, a JD from an accredited law school, and bar admission in at least one state.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
• 3+ years of law firm experience in relevant fields.
• Experience in renewable energy industry preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Team-oriented and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients on renewable energy project development and finance.
• Draft and negotiate power purchase agreements and related contracts.
• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and commercial contracts.
• Engage with conventional energy producers transitioning to clean energy.
