BCG Attorney Search is partnering with a law firm in Salt Lake City, Utah, to hire a Renewable Energy Project Development and Finance Associate. The role requires 3+ years of law firm experience and a track record in renewable energy transactions across wind, solar, geothermal, hydrogen and storage.

The successful candidate will draft and negotiate complex agreements, advise on mergers and acquisitions, and support project financing and management with a collaborative, team‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

Minimum of three years of law firm experience.
JD from an accredited law school.
Bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Experience in renewable energy industry preferred.
Strong drafting and negotiation abilities.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

Collaborate on renewable energy project development and finance.
Draft and negotiate power purchase agreements and related contracts.
Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and commercial contracts.
Provide legal support for project financing and management.
