Ideal candidates hold a JD, active CA bar membership, and 3–5 years’ experience in project finance and M&A. You will draft agreements, support closings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• JD and active bar membership in good standing.
• Three to five years of experience in debt and tax equity project finance and M&A.
• Experience managing transactions and facilitating closings.
• Familiarity with tax equity structures and partnership tax concepts.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft financing agreements and related deal documents.
• Execute due diligence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support construction and term debt facilities and tax credit monetization transactions.
• Assist in financing transactions, acquisitions, and joint ventures of projects.
