Job summary

Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN Night shifts to provide patient care in a facility serving underserved populations. You will work under Charge Nurse supervision, applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care across patients with diverse needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs with Charge Nurse(s) and other staff.
• Administer medications, obtain diagnostic tests, and assist with minor procedures as needed.
• Count controlled substances and ensure safe medication handling per policy.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP charting and participate in required meetings and training.
• Communicate information clearly to nursing staff, physicians and supervisors.
