Job summary

Qualifications
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- State license in good standing in the practice state.
- COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance as required.
- RD-Eligible and provisional licensure accepted in certain locations.
Responsibilities
- Assess the clinical nutrition needs and document care plans in the EMR.
- Develop, implement and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
- Ensure CMS, state and federal regulations and company standards are followed.
- Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
